SILBERCOTE AQ-G Ultra 020LM is a medium particle size thin silver dollar pigment, encapsulated for use in waterborne paint systems. It is supplied in the form of a soft granule, carried in a combination of surfactants and dispersants. It has excellent compatibility with solvents typically used in waterborne paint systems, including glycols, alcohols, acetates, and water, and provides greater hiding power then the equivalent paste grade. Gassing performance is equivalent or better compared to paste form.

Non-leafing aluminium flake pigment; Fine particle size, “cornflake” type; Passivated for water based systems – SBC AQ E2169 F3X is a fine particle size, “cornflake” type aluminium flake pigment paste, passivated to resist aqueous attack. The combination of high hiding power (opacity), a bright face colour and dark flop provides very cost effective formulations. This grade is also expected to find use in high quality, water-based printing inks.

SILBERCOTE PC 3101X is an inorganically surface treated, high purity, cornflake type aluminum flake pigment. This grade is supplied as a dry powder to offer greater application versatility. To reduce environmental contamination and the explosion risk of dry aluminum flakes, it is packaged in bags permeable to air but not the metal. SILBERCOTE PC 3101X provides good face color and a high sparkle appearance. SILBERCOTE PC 3101X is suitable for use in printing inks, automotive and powder coatings applications.
