Sales & Business Development

As President and CEO, Julie leads Lintech’s strategic management team, ensuring the organization is ready to meet the increasingly complex needs of its customers and suppliers. She has worked to carry on and expand the mission, vision, and culture created by her father and Lintech’s founder, Tom Hinson, since succeeding him as CEO and President in 2013. Julie joined Lintech in 1985 and has worked in the chemical industry since then. Julie holds an MBA in Business from Georgia College & State University and attended Clemson University.

Adriana supports customers in Lintech’s Midwest region, combining chemical engineering training with account relationship management. She has worked in the chemical industry since 2018 and joined Lintech in 2025. Before Lintech she was a sales specialist at Dow, coordinating adhesive product launches with distributors across the Andean region, South America and Brazil, and a sales representative and technical specialist at Sun Chemical in Mexico City covering pigments. Adriana holds a Licenciatura in Industrial Chemical Engineering, with a polymers specialty, from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, and is completing a Maestría in Commercial and Sales Management at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja. She speaks Spanish and English.

Alex supports accounts across Southern Georgia, Southern Alabama, Southern Mississippi and Northern Florida as part of Lintech’s Southeast Sales Team. He has worked in sales since 2018 and joined Lintech in 2021, moving into an Agri Specialties sales role in 2024 and into his current sales role later that year. Before Lintech he spent three years as an inside sales representative at Monrovia Plants. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness, with a focus on Farm Management, from the University of Georgia.

Alex supports accounts throughout North, Central and West Texas. She has worked in sales since 2015 and joined Lintech in 2023, moving into her technical sales role in 2025. Before Lintech she built a sales career outside chemicals, including acquisitions business development at Tyton Holdings across Texas, Colorado and Louisiana and commercial business development in commercial construction services at Staxmatic. Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media Advertising and a Master’s degree in Communications, both from The University of Texas at El Paso.

Alison serves customers across Lintech’s Southeast territory. She has worked in the chemical industry since 2008 and joined Lintech in 2025. She spent her first 10 and a half years at Clariant, rising from sales trainee to sales manager for the Upper Midwest, covering pellets, liquids, additives and compounding, and more recently spent a year as an account manager at Polyvel in plastics masterbatches. Alison holds a BBA in Marketing from Dalton State College.

Andrea provides inside technical sales support for customers across the Southeast, Southwest and West, with a background in paints and coatings and specialty chemicals. She has worked in sales since 2004 and joined Lintech in 2011; she spent her first 11 years as a technical sales representative for the Southeast region before moving into lead management and inside sales in 2022. Earlier in her career she worked as an environmental engineer with the Georgia Environmental Protection Division on air permitting and spent nearly three years as a microbiology laboratory technician at Perdue Farms. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University and an Associate of Science from Enterprise State Community College.

Andrew leads Lintech’s business development and inside sales efforts, identifying new opportunities across the full product portfolio. He has worked in the chemical industry since 2013 and joined Lintech in 2019. He began his career with six years at International Paper’s mill in Orange, Texas, advancing from reach engineer to pulp mill shift supervisor and operations maintenance coordinator. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration from Lamar University.

Becky develops and manages Lintech’s national and key accounts. She has worked in sales since 2005 and in the chemical industry since 2007, joining Lintech in 2025. She began at Aalchem, a chemical distributor, as a territory manager, and more recently spent three and a half years as senior sales manager at Incoa Performance Minerals. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Kentucky.

Blake supports customers in the coatings, adhesives and plastics markets across Lintech’s full product portfolio. He joined Lintech in 2026. He began his career in 2023 in the research and development department at KaMin, a kaolin producer based in Macon, Georgia, then moved to TenCate Protective Fabrics in 2025, advancing from process management to demand planning. Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Georgia College & State University.

Brian engages nationally with suppliers and customers, and draws on more than two decades of technical and managerial experience across coatings and printing inks, release coatings and silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives, home and personal care, and specialty fluids markets. He has worked in the chemical industry since 2003 and joined Lintech in 2022. He spent seven years at Evonik, rising from Chemist III to Technical Service Group Leader, and three years at Elkem Silicones as Technical Service Team Leader working in silicone chemistry. Brian holds a BS in Chemistry from Wofford College.

Brian supports customers across Lintech’s Northeast region. He has worked in the chemical industry since 2009 and joined Lintech in 2019, with account management experience in the CASE market — coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers — including just over 10 years as a sales representative in chemical distribution with EM Sullivan Associates. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Rutgers University. He is active in the industry’s professional organisations, serving as past President of the New England Society for Coatings Technology and as Treasurer for the Eastern Coating Show in 2021.

Chris engages nationally with suppliers, salespeople and customers on technical and business strategy, and draws on more than three decades of technical, sales and business managerial experience in the CASE markets, including 21 years in technical manager and technical director roles for suppliers and coating manufacturers globally. He has worked in the chemical industry since 1996 and joined Lintech in 2019. He spent 12 years at Evonik, rising from senior technical service chemist to North American technology manager for the coating additives business and finally Technical Director for the Americas, after earlier formulation and technical roles at coatings manufacturers including Arkema and Valspar. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Polymer Science, with a minor in Forensic Science, from The University of Southern Mississippi.
