Sales & Business Development

Christina serves customers across Central and South Florida and the Caribbean. She has worked in the chemical industry since 1999 and joined Lintech in 2018, bringing account management experience in the CASE market from nearly seven years at Air Products — first as a chemist and researcher, later as a technical product specialist and account manager — and a stint at Brenntag North America as marketing manager for specialty products. Christina holds a BS in Chemistry and Environmental Science from Muhlenberg College and a dual master’s degree in Business and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University, which she completed in four and a half years while working full time.

As Vice President of Principal Relations, Chuck leads relationship strategies with Lintech’s principals, managing strategic external stakeholder relationships and new principal acquisitions in key industrial markets. He joined Lintech in 2002 as a Technical Sales Representative and advanced through Business Manager and Director of Principal Relations before his current role in 2023. He has worked in the chemical industry since 1999, beginning at Air Products in specialty gases and chemicals. Chuck holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Radford University and attended VCU School of Pharmacy.

Dan serves as Vice President of Commercial Operations & Strategic Partnerships at Lintech, a role he moved into in 2026 after joining the company in September 2025 as Vice President of Market Strategy and Principal Relations. His career has spanned quality management, technical sales, global product management, and commercial leadership, including sales and commercial director roles at ICL – Performance Products and International Food Products Corporation. He has worked in the chemical industry since 1992. Dan holds a B.S. in Biology from Augusta University.

David supports accounts across the West and Southwest. He has worked in sales since 2016 and entered chemical distribution in 2024, joining Lintech in 2025, bringing specialty chemical sales experience from Brenntag, where he worked closely with R&D teams and won the company’s 2025 HII Top Sales Representative award and a High Achiever award; before that he spent three and a half years as a clinical sales representative at bioMérieux. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Neuroscience from East Carolina University and is completing an Executive MBA at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He served nine years as a Support Operations Captain in the United States Army Reserve.

Dawn coordinates Lintech’s national and key accounts, working with customers whose purchasing spans multiple plants and regions. She has worked in the chemical industry since 2001 and joined Lintech in 2021. She spent the previous 20 years at Arkema, advancing from account specialist to account manager, with a focus on business relationship management throughout. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from San Diego State University.

Dominick supports accounts across the Midwest, with a background in the CASE market. He has worked in account management and technical sales since 2022 and joined Lintech in 2026. He spent three years as an account manager at Nagase America, where he sold into coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers, and earlier interned for three summers at AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry. Dominick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.

Heather serves customers across Lintech’s Northeast region. She has worked in the chemical industry since 2016 and joined Lintech in 2024, bringing account management experience in the CASE market from five years at Chemetall — where she worked with coatings and sealants for automotive, aerospace and glass manufacturers — and three years at Brenntag. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a secondary teaching certification from Long Island University’s Southampton campus.

Hunter handles lead development and customer support across Lintech’s full product portfolio, working alongside the outside sales team. He joined Lintech in 2022, spending two years in the accounting department — first as a billing specialist, then as an accounts payable specialist — before moving into inside sales in 2024, where he grew his sales territory by more than 20 percent in 2025. Hunter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Georgia Southern University.

Janna supports accounts across the Midwest and Southwest. She has worked in the chemical industry since 2004 and joined Lintech in 2025. She spent two and a half years as Western regional sales manager at American Biltrite, selling specialty industrial rubber products that line up with Lintech’s Parker Lord Chemlok rubber-bonding adhesive line, where she delivered a 21 percent sales increase and 27 new accounts, and more recently spent over two years as an account manager at Sealed Air, selling into the food packaging materials and equipment market. Janna holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications from Oklahoma State University.

Jarrod supports Lintech’s Midwest accounts. He has worked in the chemical industry since 2012 and joined Lintech in 2025. He spent five years as an account manager for material science at Brenntag, selling specialty chemicals into the CASE markets, and three years before that as a technical sales representative at R&D Coatings. Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from PennWest California.

Jason serves as Vice President of Business Strategy & Technology at Lintech and as Chief Operating Officer of sister company Andicor Specialty Chemicals. He joined Lintech in 2013 and previously served as Vice President of Technology & Sales Operations, leading Lintech’s Technology and Sales Operations teams, before moving into his current role in 2026. He has worked in the chemical industry since 2001, beginning as a chemist before moving into technical sales. Jason holds a Doctor of Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma.

As Vice President of Sales & Business Development, Jay leads Lintech’s sales organization, with his efforts focused on strategic sales growth, business development initiatives, and strategic account management with Lintech’s customer stakeholders. He joined Lintech in 2014 and advanced to his current role in 2022. He has worked in sales since 1998 and in the chemical industry since 2001, including nine years at Lord Corporation before joining Lintech. Jay holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with a focus in Marketing, from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
