Sales & Business Development

Jay supports accounts across Orange County and Southern California. He has worked in sales and business development since 2018 and joined Lintech in 2023, bringing hands-on experience with CASE applications and elastomers from nearly three years as a technical sales engineer at Millennium Elastomers in Gardena, California, where he increased product yield by 12 percent through process modifications in production and processing. Jay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.

Jesse supports accounts across the Northeast, with a background in the formulating and manufacturing of adhesives, coatings, elastomers and sealants. He has worked in the chemical industry since 2013 and joined Lintech in 2025. He spent nearly nine years at Brenntag, working in the North American Coatings and Construction Technology and Innovation Center on formulation troubleshooting and product development, advancing to senior research and development chemist on the global materials science platform, and finishing as Global Business Process Owner for Innovation to Market. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Kerry leads marketing and product strategy at Lintech. She has worked in the chemical industry since 2018 and joined Lintech in 2022 as product strategy manager, overseeing a portfolio spanning adhesives, coatings and plastics, before moving into her current role in 2024. Before Lintech she spent four years at Gelest, joining as a technical services chemist and later leading the applications development group as applications scientist and technical strategist, where she directed a full rebuild of the company’s website. Kerry holds a BS in Chemistry from Virginia Tech, a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Maryland, and is completing an Executive MBA at The Wharton School.

Kyra supports customers across Lintech’s Southwest region. She has worked in the chemical industry since 2021 and joined Lintech in 2024, bringing technical and sales experience in the inks, coatings and paint markets from nearly two years as a Chemist I at Sasol in Westlake, where she was promoted to technical sales manager in 2024, and an earlier laboratory technician role at LOTTE Chemical in Sulphur, Louisiana. Kyra holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, with a concentration in Biochemistry, from McNeese State University. Before entering the chemical industry she taught seventh grade science for the Calcasieu Parish School Board.

Mike supports accounts across the Southeast. He has worked in the chemical industry since 1986 and joined Lintech in 2025, bringing particular depth in distribution management from 15 years in chemical distribution, including six years as Southeast regional sales manager and later senior account manager at Barentz, after beginning his career as a chemist and coatings applications manager at Honeywell, where he was published in the field and holds a patent. Mike holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Nathan supports accounts across Greater Atlanta, Northern Alabama, Northern Mississippi and Western Tennessee as part of Lintech’s Southeast Sales Team. He joined Lintech as a sales intern in 2024, spending a year in Macon tracking opportunities and active accounts, then moved into a business development role in 2025 — achieving 35 percent year-to-date growth in an already mature territory — and into his current sales position in 2026. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Commerce from Mercer University, specializing in coatings and plastics.

Orlany covers new business development and international and export trade. She has worked in sales since 2007 and joined Lintech in 2023. She spent nearly nine years as an international sales executive and import/export coordinator at Granitos S/A, and later worked as export manager at WeShipBoats.com after relocating to Florida. Orlany holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Foreign Trade and International Business from Universidade de Fortaleza and a Master of Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and completed the Global Leaders programme at CUOA Business School. She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Paul supports accounts in the West region, drawing on nearly 30 years of experience in thermoset resins, polyurethane foam, composites and materials science. He has worked in the chemical industry since 1996 and joined Lintech in 2024. He spent 12 years at Interplastic Corporation as a technical sales engineer, working with unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins and gel coats. He later sold polyurethane foam systems into aerospace, defense, marine and nuclear containment applications at General Plastics, expanding nuclear packaging from a minor line to a major one and adding over $7.2 million in net new revenue. Paul holds a BS in Chemistry from Western Washington University.

As Director of Finance, Radhika leads Lintech’s finance and accounting teams, with her efforts focused on payroll, accounts payable and receivables, budgeting, cash management, general ledger, inventory, banking and reconciliations, and sales and expense tracking. She joined Lintech in 2023, having previously held roles in corporate financial reporting, A/P and A/R process leadership, IPO strategy, and ERP implementation. Before Lintech, she worked as a Financial Analyst at Comcast and a Client Financial Analyst at Accenture. Radhika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Managerial Economics and Finance from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

As Vice President of Operations, Randy leads Lintech’s Customer Service, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams, directing import, export, transportation, and warehouse supply chain security operations with a focus on strategic initiatives in Supply Chain, Quality Management, and Environmental, Health, and Safety processes. He holds Lintech’s Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9000-2000, is a Lean Champion and Six Sigma Green Belt, and Lintech is C-TPAT certified under his oversight. Randy joined Lintech in 1992 after 12 years as an Infantry Officer in the US Army, where he commanded an infantry company in the 101st Airborne. He holds an MPA and a B.S. in Political Science from Georgia College & State University.

Ross leads Lintech’s Southeast sales team. He has worked in the chemical industry since 2004 and has worked at Lintech across two periods, joining first in 2014 as a technical sales representative in Central Florida, then as regional sales manager, and returning in 2020 as sales manager. His background spans CASE and CASE-adjacent markets — including architectural, industrial, aerospace, amusement and signage — from five years at PPG across its architectural, refinish and aerospace divisions and two years at AkzoNobel in architectural specifications, advancing from representative to North American sales manager. Ross holds a BA in Economics, with a German minor, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Scott supports accounts across the Southeast and Midsouth, with experience across metal finishing and surface pretreatment, colorants and dyes, and industrial specialty chemicals. He has worked in the chemical industry since 1988 and joined Lintech in 2018. He spent his first 12 years at Henkel Surface Technologies as general industries technical service laboratory manager in Detroit, and four years as a colorants account manager in Chemcentral’s Dye and Pigments division. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from William Tyndale College and is a United States Navy veteran.
