Sales & Business Development

Thomas develops and manages Lintech’s national and key accounts and leads the Parker Lord product line. He has worked in the chemical industry since 2008 and joined Lintech in 2017, spending his first four and a half years in technical sales for the Southwest region before becoming business line manager for key accounts in 2022. Before Lintech he spent eight years at Nalco Champion, an Ecolab company, advancing from account manager to senior technical manager. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Business Administration, both from Texas Wesleyan University.

Will manages supplier relations across Lintech’s mineral product lines. He has worked in the chemical industry since 2013 and has spent his entire career at Lintech, advancing from market research analyst to supplier relations coordinator, then to product manager in 2023 and business manager in 2025. Will holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Public Relations and Marketing, with an emphasis in Sales, from Georgia Southern University.

Z manages Lintech’s sales team across the West and Southwest. He has worked in sales since 2015 and has worked at Lintech across two periods: joining first in 2018 in business development and outside sales, then returning in 2024 as sales manager after two years at Brenntag, where he was promoted to Sales Director for material science across the West, bringing experience across the CASE, plastics and rubber markets. Z holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fresno Pacific University and an MBA from Concordia University Irvine. He has native or bilingual proficiency in Croatian.
