Sales & Business Development

Adriana supports customers in Lintech’s Midwest region, combining chemical engineering training with account relationship management. She has worked in the chemical industry since 2018 and joined Lintech in 2025. Before Lintech she was a sales specialist at Dow, coordinating adhesive product launches with distributors across the Andean region, South America and Brazil, and a sales representative and technical specialist at Sun Chemical in Mexico City covering pigments. Adriana holds a Licenciatura in Industrial Chemical Engineering, with a polymers specialty, from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, and is completing a Maestría in Commercial and Sales Management at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja. She speaks Spanish and English.

Becky develops and manages Lintech’s national and key accounts. She has worked in sales since 2005 and in the chemical industry since 2007, joining Lintech in 2025. She began at Aalchem, a chemical distributor, as a territory manager, and more recently spent three and a half years as senior sales manager at Incoa Performance Minerals. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Kentucky.

Blake supports customers in the coatings, adhesives and plastics markets across Lintech’s full product portfolio. He joined Lintech in 2026. He began his career in 2023 in the research and development department at KaMin, a kaolin producer based in Macon, Georgia, then moved to TenCate Protective Fabrics in 2025, advancing from process management to demand planning. Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Georgia College & State University.

Brian engages nationally with suppliers and customers, and draws on more than two decades of technical and managerial experience across coatings and printing inks, release coatings and silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives, home and personal care, and specialty fluids markets. He has worked in the chemical industry since 2003 and joined Lintech in 2022. He spent seven years at Evonik, rising from Chemist III to Technical Service Group Leader, and three years at Elkem Silicones as Technical Service Team Leader working in silicone chemistry. Brian holds a BS in Chemistry from Wofford College.

Chris engages nationally with suppliers, salespeople and customers on technical and business strategy, and draws on more than three decades of technical, sales and business managerial experience in the CASE markets, including 21 years in technical manager and technical director roles for suppliers and coating manufacturers globally. He has worked in the chemical industry since 1996 and joined Lintech in 2019. He spent 12 years at Evonik, rising from senior technical service chemist to North American technology manager for the coating additives business and finally Technical Director for the Americas, after earlier formulation and technical roles at coatings manufacturers including Arkema and Valspar. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Polymer Science, with a minor in Forensic Science, from The University of Southern Mississippi.

Dawn coordinates Lintech’s national and key accounts, working with customers whose purchasing spans multiple plants and regions. She has worked in the chemical industry since 2001 and joined Lintech in 2021. She spent the previous 20 years at Arkema, advancing from account specialist to account manager, with a focus on business relationship management throughout. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from San Diego State University.

Dominick supports accounts across the Midwest, with a background in the CASE market. He has worked in account management and technical sales since 2022 and joined Lintech in 2026. He spent three years as an account manager at Nagase America, where he sold into coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers, and earlier interned for three summers at AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry. Dominick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.

Janna supports accounts across the Midwest and Southwest. She has worked in the chemical industry since 2004 and joined Lintech in 2025. She spent two and a half years as Western regional sales manager at American Biltrite, selling specialty industrial rubber products that line up with Lintech’s Parker Lord Chemlok rubber-bonding adhesive line, where she delivered a 21 percent sales increase and 27 new accounts, and more recently spent over two years as an account manager at Sealed Air, selling into the food packaging materials and equipment market. Janna holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications from Oklahoma State University.

Jarrod supports Lintech’s Midwest accounts. He has worked in the chemical industry since 2012 and joined Lintech in 2025. He spent five years as an account manager for material science at Brenntag, selling specialty chemicals into the CASE markets, and three years before that as a technical sales representative at R&D Coatings. Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from PennWest California.

Kerry leads marketing and product strategy at Lintech. She has worked in the chemical industry since 2018 and joined Lintech in 2022 as product strategy manager, overseeing a portfolio spanning adhesives, coatings and plastics, before moving into her current role in 2024. Before Lintech she spent four years at Gelest, joining as a technical services chemist and later leading the applications development group as applications scientist and technical strategist, where she directed a full rebuild of the company’s website. Kerry holds a BS in Chemistry from Virginia Tech, a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Maryland, and is completing an Executive MBA at The Wharton School.

Thomas develops and manages Lintech’s national and key accounts and leads the Parker Lord product line. He has worked in the chemical industry since 2008 and joined Lintech in 2017, spending his first four and a half years in technical sales for the Southwest region before becoming business line manager for key accounts in 2022. Before Lintech he spent eight years at Nalco Champion, an Ecolab company, advancing from account manager to senior technical manager. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Business Administration, both from Texas Wesleyan University.

Will manages supplier relations across Lintech’s mineral product lines. He has worked in the chemical industry since 2013 and has spent his entire career at Lintech, advancing from market research analyst to supplier relations coordinator, then to product manager in 2023 and business manager in 2025. Will holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Public Relations and Marketing, with an emphasis in Sales, from Georgia Southern University.
