Aplite is a U.S. Silica andesine feldspar mineral with a subangular grain shape, Mohs hardness of 6, melting point of 2300 °F, and specific gravity of 2.63. The 0.25 grade is the coarser-ground grade of the two.

AxisDE is an all-natural diatomaceous-earth soil amendment that reduces water usage and improves soil structure – increasing plant-available water, improving drainage, and resisting compaction; OMRI listed for organic use. The Coarse grade has a pore size range of 0.1 – 1 microns and a screen analysis of 0.0% on 3/8″ Mesh, 90.0% on 4 Mesh, and 99.0% on 6 Mesh.
