EVERMYL BPO 75 is an effective initiator in the polymerization and copolymerization of numerous vinyl monomers like styrene, acrylic esters, methyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile, vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, and ethylene. Polymerizations are readily carried out in bulk, solution, emulsion, and suspension systems. Effective concentrations are in the range of 0.1-2.0% from 80 to 150 °C. EVERMYL BPO 75 is also widely used as an initiator for the polymerization of unsaturated polyester resin compositions at elevated temperatures or at ambient temperatures when used in conjunction with an amine accelerator (e.g. dimethylaniline) and in concentration from 0.7 to 2.0%. It is also used in chemical reactions to produce methacrylated and styrenated alkyd resins and other epoxy resin esters. Other uses include drying agent for printing inks, bleach agent, organic chemical synthesis, pharmaceutical preparations, and vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubbers, etc.

EVERMYL DCP is a flame retardant and an initiator for polymerization and cross-linking reactions in elevated temperature processing. It can be used as vulcanizing agent for synthetic elastomers (like EPDM, SBR, etc.), cross-linking initiator for copolymer and olefins (such as PVC), high temperature initiator for curing of unsaturated polyester resin in BMC and SMC applications and as flame retardant synergist in EPS.

Hydrotalcite is a layered double hydroxide, consisting of brucite [Mg(OH)2]-like, positively charged layers and an anionic layer sandwiched between them. Thanks to its structure, it can act as flame retardant and antiacid.

ZINC BORATE PLUS XF RHP-C is a non-hygroscopic product characterized by a low impurity level and a controlled particle size distribution. It is mainly used in the flame-retardant formulations as smoke suppressant, after-glow suppressant, and antiarcing agent. ZINC BORATE PLUS XF RHP-C can partially or completely substitute other flameretardant additives (for example, antimony trioxide) according to the safe requirement of the polymeric base used. In some systems, ZINC BORATE PLUS XF RHP-C shows synergistic effects with Antimony Trioxide. ZINC BORATE PLUS XF RHP-C is particularly appropriate when maximum fire-resistant standards are needed and when special physical property are requested (for example bonding or film formation).
