Curing Agent for Polyisocyanate Resin – Amicure IC-321 is an amine curing agent specifically designed for polyisocyanate resins. Preferred resins of choice are standard and low viscosity HDI trimer isocyanates for a range of industrial applications. Amicure IC-321 curing agent is designed to provide long working pot life and high flexibility. Clear and pigmented topcoats based on Amicure IC-321 curing agent support high aesthetics, UV stability and rapid property development for fast return to service. The product is free of solvents, alkyl phenol derivatives and benzyl alcohol.

Amine Curing Agent for Polyisocyanate Resin – Amicure IC-322 curative is an amine curing agent specifically designed to cure with standard HDI Trimer or Biuret Isocyanates for thin-film commercial and industrial flooring applications up to 20 mils. Amicure IC-322 curative offers flexibility in formulating a high gloss or a satin finish with the addition of an external matting agent. Amicure IC-322 curative can provide clear and pigmented coatings that exhibit rapid property development, UV stability and high aesthetics. We recommend the use of a high solids or waterborne epoxy primer especially under damp conditions. Working & dry times are significantly accelerated under high humidity conditions.

VESTAMIN A 139 is a liquid, blocked crosslinker for polyisocyanate resins based on a cycloaliphatic diamine. As supplied the product exhibits a very low reactivity towards isocyanate groups. The crosslinking with polyisocyanate resins occurs under the influence of moisture by releasing the original diamine, which is spontaneously reacting with the isocyanate groups under formation of urea structures.

VESTAMIN A 95 the approx. 50 % aqueous solution of a sodium salt of an amino functional sulfonic acid. It contains a primary and a secondary amino group and combines the properties of an emulsifier and chain extender in the production of aqueous PUR Dispersions. At room temperature, VESTAMIN A 95 is a low viscosity, transparent, slightly yellowish liquid with a slight aminic odour.
