Moisture Cure Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Primer – SUPRASEC 9611 MDI Isocyanate has been designed to function as a high performance, one-component, moisture-cure urethane primer system designed for use on concrete. Its low viscosity allows it penetrate into porous surfaces, leaving a bubble-free coating. Working time is adjustable by selective addition of catalyst. It also exhibits a low sensitivity to substrate moisture, leaving only minimal bubbling when applied to damp surfaces.

Low Functionality Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Prepolymer – SUPRASEC 9612 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Low Functionality Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are produced from the reaction of a standard MDI material with selected polyester polyols to provide certain characteristics for use in the production of two-component polyurethane products. SUPRASEC 9612 MDI is a polyester-based prepolymer with a controlled high acidity. This will allow the formulator flexibility in adjusting the reaction profile for the particular end-use.

Modified Polymeric Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – SUPRASEC 9615 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Modified Polymeric MDI isocyanate family. These products are modified with a specific amount diisocyanate to provide enhanced performance and properties when compared to standard Polymeric MDI. SUPRASEC 9615 MDI has been developed to contain a moderate-high amount of diisocyanate and further tailored to contain a moderate percentage of the 2,4′ MDI isomer when compared to other available products. Depending upon the specific end-use, formulators are advised to verify the performance of SUPRASEC 9615 MDI Isocyanate in their application.

Liquid Pure Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – SUPRASEC 9634 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Liquid Pure MDI isocyanate family. These products have been modified to remain liquid at ambient temperatures. SUPRASEC 9634 MDI is a modified 4,4′ diphenylmethane diisocyanate to provide improved storage and handling attributes while still providing the ability to manufacturer prepolymers for high-performance elastomers.
