Liquid Pure Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – RUBINATE 1680 MDI isocyanate is a member of the Liquid Pure MDI isocyanate family. These products have been modified to remain liquid at ambient temperatures. RUBINATE 1680 MDI is an uretonimine-modified 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate with a clear to pale yellow appearance. This product has been modified to be a liquid product at ambient temperatures, with functionality slightly greater than 2.1.

Low Functionality Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Prepolymer – RUBINATE 1790 MDI isocyanate is a member of the Low Functionality Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are produced from the reaction of a standard MDI material with selected polyether polyols to provide certain characteristics for use in the production of two component polyurethane products. RUBINATE 1790 MDI is an all-purpose 4,4′ MDI based prepolymer.

Modified Polymeric Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – RUBINATE 1820 MDI isocyanate is a member of the Modified Polymeric MDI isocyanate family. These products are modified with a specific amount diisocyanate to provide enhanced performance and properties when compared to standard Polymeric MDI. RUBINATE 1820 MDI has been developed to contain a moderate amount of diisocyanate and further tailored to contain a low percentage of the 2,4′ MDI isomer when compared to other available products. Depending upon the specific end-use, formulators are advised to verify the performance of RUBINATE 1820 MDI isocyanate in their application.

Medium Functionality Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Prepolymer – RUBINATE 1920 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Medium Functionality Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are produced from the reaction of a standard MDI material with selected polyether polyols to provide certain characteristics for use in the production of two-component polyurethane products. RUBINATE 1920 MDI is a prepolymer with slightly higher isocyanate content, designed for use in cast elastomers.

Low Functionality Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Prepolymer – RUBINATE 2022 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Low Functionality Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are produced from the reaction of a standard MDI material with selected polyether polyols to provide certain characteristics for use in the production of two-component polyurethane products. RUBINATE 2022 MDI is an all-purpose 4,4′ MDI based prepolymer.
