Moisture-Cured Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Prepolymers – RUBINATE 9234 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Moisture-Cured Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are produced from the reaction of a standard MDI material with selected polyether polyols to provide certain characteristics for use in the production of moisture-cured coating products. RUBINATE 9234 MDI is a light brown prepolymer with a longer open time than other materials while still providing excellent physical properties and bonding characteristics.

Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Crosslinkers – RUBINATE 9236 MDI is a member of the MDI Isocyanate Crosslinkers family of products. These materials have been specifically developed to dispersible with water-borne chemistries, including acrylics and latex. RUBINATE 9236 MDI is a crosslinking MDI developed to improve the physical properties of water-borne adhesives and coatings.

High Functionality Polymeric Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – RUBINATE 9257 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the High Functionality Polymeric MDI isocyanate family. These products are modified to provide functionality greater than 2.7. RUBINATE 9257 MDI has been developed to have functionality greater than standard Polymeric MDI. Depending upon the specific end-use, formulators are advised to verify the performance of RUBINATE 9257 MDI Isocyanate in their application.

Modified Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – RUBINATE 9258 MDI (Modified Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate) is a light brown liquid. It is a low viscosity polymeric MDI product which offers an average functionality of 2.3.

Modified Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – RUBINATE 9259 MDI is part of the MDI Primers and Sealers product family. These products have been specifically designed to be used on porous surfaces such as concrete. RUBINATE 9259 MDI is a chemically modified MDI which can readily form a stable emulsion with water for up to 4 hours. This results in a non-film forming coating with concrete.
