Low Functionality Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Prepolymer – RUBINATE 9271 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Low Functionality Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are produced from the reaction of a standard MDI material with selected polyether polyols to provide certain characteristics for use in the production of two-component polyurethane products. RUBINATE 9271 MDI is a MDI based prepolymer with an increased amount of the 2,4′ MDI isomer.

Moisture-Cured Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Prepolymers – RUBINATE 9272 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Moisture-Cured Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are produced from the reaction of a standard MDI material with selected polyether polyols to provide certain characteristics for use in the production of moisture-cured adhesive and coating products. RUBINATE 9272 MDI is a high elongation prepolymer. This can be used by itself or as a flexibilizer for higher functional moisture-cured materials.

Liquid Pure Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – RUBINATE 9433 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Liquid Pure MDI isocyanate family. These products have been modified to remain liquid at ambient temperatures. RUBINATE 9433 MDI is a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate with a clear to slightly hazy appearance. This product is designed as an alternative to low functionality initiators such as pure 4,4′ MDI or materials containing elevated levels of 2,4′ MDI. When used as a precursor for a prepolymer, the resulting material may experience a slightly different performance with an identical B-Side resin. As a result, formulations may require minor adjustments to meet the end requirements.

Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Polyurea Prepolymer – RUBINATE 9447 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Polyurea Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are designed to be used in combination with resin blends containing JEFFAMINE Polyetheramines and/or JEFFOL Polyether Polyols for the production of high-performance polyurea coatings and elastomers. RUBINATE 9447 MDI has been developed with lower isocyanate content for the production of softer polyurea coatings.

Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Polyurea Prepolymer – RUBINATE 9480 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Polyurea Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are designed to be used in combination with resin blends containing JEFFAMINE Polyetheramines and/or JEFFOL Polyether Polyols for the production of high-performance polyurea coatings and elastomers. RUBINATE 9480 MDI is a prepolymer containing the 2,4′ MDI isomer which provides a slightly slower reactivity and improved surface appearance.
