One Component Binder for Molded Rubber Crumb Applications – SUPRASEC 4450 MDI is a high-performance prepolymer, recommended for use as an aggregate binder for composite molded products. It has been designed for long wear and abrasion resistance as well as high tensile strength when used with rubber granules and provides excellent wet out and adhesion to SBR and EPDM rubber.

It has been designed for long wear and abrasion resistance as well as higher elongation when used with rubber granules and provides excellent wet out and adhesion to SBR and EPDM rubber.

One Component Binder for Molded Rubber Crumb Applications – SUPRASEC 4499 MDI is a high-performance prepolymer, recommended for use as an aggregate binder for composite molded products. It has been designed for long wear and abrasion resistance when used with rubber granules and provides excellent wet out and adhesion to SBR and EPDM rubber. SUPRASEC 4499 MDI has an extended open time to allow for manufacturing of larger molded parts.

Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Polyurea Prepolymer – SUPRASEC 9109 MDI isocyanate is a member of the Polyurea Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are designed to be used in combination with resin blends containing JEFFAMINE Polyetheramines and/or JEFFOL Polyether Polyols for the production of high-performance polyurea or polyurea / polyurethane hybrid coatings and elastomers.

Liquid Pure Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – SUPRASEC 9150 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Liquid Pure MDI isocyanate family. These products have been modified to remain liquid at ambient temperatures. SUPRASEC 9150 MDI Isocyanate is a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate with a slight amber appearance. This product is designed as an alternative to di-functional products such as pure 4,4′ MDI or materials containing elevated levels of 2,4 MDI. When used as a precursor for a prepolymer, the resulting material may experience a slightly different performance with an identical B-Side resin. As a result, formulations may need minor adjustments to meet the end requirements.
