LORD Chemlok 258XN adhesive is a non-conductive, one-coat adhesive that will bond unvulcanized rubber compounds to metal or other dissimilar rubber compounds. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. Chemlok 258XN adhesive is ideal of use in electrical component applications. A single coat of Chemlok 258XN adhesive will bond compounds based on natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene (IR), styrene-butadiene (SBR), polybutadiene (BR), polychloroprene (CR), nitrile (NBR), butyl (IIR) and EPDM polymers to metals. These metals include carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and copper alloys, magnesium and zinc, as well as a variety of plastics, epoxy and vinyl ester.

LORD Chemlok 259 adhesive is a covercoat adhesive designed for use over Chemlok 207 primer. This adhesive system will bond uncured rubber to metal substrates during the vulcanization of the elastomer.

LORD Chemlok 286 tacky tie cement is designed for use over rubber-to-metal adhesives when bonding natural rubber to metal in lining operations. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. Chemlok 286 tie cement is suitable for cure by autoclave, open steam or chemical techniques.

LORD Chemlok 289/290 adhesive is a primer/covercoat adhesive system designed for bonding rubber linings to steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, wood and other substrates. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. Chemlok 289/290 adhesive is suitable for cure by autoclave, open steam or chemical techniques.

LORD Chemlok 297 primer is a solvent-based primer designed to provide excellent resistance to a wide range of environmental conditions. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system.
