LORD Chemlok 6954 adhesive is a general purpose adhesive used to bond a variety of rubber compounds to metal. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. Chemlok 6954 adhesive will bond compounds based on natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene (IR), styrene-butadiene (SBR), polybutadiene (BR) and polychloroprene (CR) polymers to metals. Chemlok 6954 adhesive is recommended for use over Chemlok 297 primer. Chemlok 6954 adhesive can also be used without a primer in some applications.

LORD Chemlok 6956 adhesive is a high performance adhesive used to bond a variety of elastomer compounds to substrates. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. Chemlok 6956 adhesive will bond compounds based on natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene (IR), styrene-butadiene (SBR), polybutadiene (BR) and polychloroprene (CR) polymers to metals. Chemlok 6956 adhesive is recommended for use over Chemlok 298 primer. Chemlok 6956 adhesive can also be used without a primer in some applications.

Chemlok 701 adhesive is a one-coat urethane adhesive used to bond a wide variety of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and castable urethane elastomers to metal. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, curatives, and pigments dissolved in an organic solvent system. Chemlok 701 adhesive provides bond strengths greater than the tear strength of the urethane substrate. In addition, this product bonds polyester-, polyether- and polycaprolactone-based TPU directly to aluminum or steel in an injection molding process without the need for primers.

LORD Chemlok 7701 surface treatment is a solvent-based surface treatment for use on various vulcanized and thermoplastic polymeric materials. Chemlok 7701 surface treatment chemically alters the surface of the rubber, making it more receptive to bonding. Chemlok 7701 surface treatment is used in conjunction with a broad range of LORD adhesives, including epoxy and urethane adhesives, for bonding cured rubber. It improves adhesion to a variety of cured and thermoplastic polymeric materials, including natural rubber, synthetic polyisoprene, SBR, butyl, polybutadiene, neoprene, EPDM, nitrile, polyurethane, styrene-butadiene block copolymers, styrene isoprene rubbers, and polyvinyl chloride.

Chemlok 8003 is an aqueous primer which, when used with Chemlok aqueous or solvent based covercoats, bonds a variety of elastomers to steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass.
