Chemlok CIA#2 aqueous primer bonds elastomers to metals and other substrates when used with Chemlok aqueous cover-coats. These aqueous cover-coats include Chemlok 8282, Chemlok 8560S, Chemlok 8560D, and Chemlok CIA#3.

Chemlok CIA#3 is an aqueous covercoat adhesive used to bond a variety of elastomers to primed metal during vulcanization. Chemlok CIA#3 adhesive is recommended for spray and dip application over Chemlok CIA#2 and Chemlok 8003 aqueous primers. When used over these aqueous primers, the system will also bond cold rolled steel, phosphatized steel, aluminum, and other various substrates.

LORD Chemlok EP5080-11 primer a non-pigmented version of Chemlok 205 primer. Chemlok EP5080-11 primer is designed for use under Chemlok covercoat adhesives to bond a wide variety of vulcanized and unvulcanized rubber compounds to metals and other rigid substrates. Chemlok EP5080-11 primer may also be used as a one-coat adhesive to bond nitrile elastomers to metal.

Chemlok EP5081-40 is a fluorescing additive to be used with the following clear Chemlok adhesives; Chemlok AP131, Chemlok AP132, Chemlok AP133, Chemlok AP134, Chemlok KP1001, Chemlok 607, Chemlok 5150, Chemlok Y5323, and Chemlok Y1520A. When added at 5% by weight, Chemlok EP5081-40 fluorescing additive will impart fluorescence to the dry film which can be seen under an ultraviolet light source (i.e. a black light). Lab results indicate that Chemlok EP5081-40 fluorescing additive does not affect adhesion.

LORD Chemlok EP6804-22 adhesive is a conductive one-coat adhesive that will bond a wide variety of vulcanized or unvulcanized rubber compounds to metal. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. A single coat of Chemlok EP6804-22 adhesive will bond compounds based on natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene (IR), styrene-butadiene (SBR), polybutadiene (BR), polychloroprene (CR), nitrile (NBR), butyl (IIR), and EPDM polymers to metal and various other substrates. Chemlok EP6804-22 adhesive has excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance when used with aluminum and mechanically or chemically treated cold rolled steel.
