LORD Chemlok EP6897-61 adhesive is a one-coat adhesive used to bond castable and RIM urethane elastomers to metal. It is composed of a mixture of polymers and curatives dissolved in an organic solvent system. Chemlok EP6897-61 adhesive is also used to bond a wide variety of both polyether and polyester castable urethanes to metal. This adhesive bonds with polyether and polyester castable urethanes of varying hardness, based on both TDI and MDI. Chemlok EP6897-61 adhesive provides bond strengths greater than the tear strength of the urethane substrate.

Chemlok EP6964-07 is a water dilutable one-coat adhesive used to bond polyacrylates, polyacrylics, fluoroelastomers, and silicones to metal during vulcanization.

Chemlok HYP-4500 latex is a chlorosulfonated polyethylene latex which possesses excellent mechanical stability. Chemlok HYP-4500 latex exhibits many of the same properties as chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber including: Ozone and oxygen resistance; Abrasion, Heat, Flame, and Oil Resistance; High Green Strength; Age and Weather Resistance; Low Temperature Flexibility.

Chemlok TS1677-13 is a non-pigmented version of Ty-Ply BN used for bonding nitrile, polyacrylate, polyepichlorohydrin, or millable polyurethane rubbers to metal and other rigid substrates during the vulcanization of the rubber.

Chemlok TS1677-27 is a clear, one-coat adhesive used to bond nitrile and urethane elastomers to metal and other rigid substrates during the vulcanization of the elastomers.
