LORD Chemosil 6025 elastomer bonding agent is a versatile, general purpose adhesive used to bond elastomers to rigid substrates, such as metals and alloys, as well as to other vulcanized elastomer materials. It is composed of a mixture of dispersed polymers, cross-linking agent, and dispersed solids in an organic solvent system. Chemosil 6025 bonding agent will bond elastomer compounds based on natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene (IR), styrene-butadiene (SBR), polychloroprene (CR), nitrile (NBR), butyl (IIR), chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) and EPDM elastomers to most metals, alloys, and rigid plastic substrates. Chemosil 6025 bonding agent is ideal for lining containers (hot water vulcanization). When bonding rigid substrates, Chemosil 6025 bonding agent should be used over Chemosil 211 primer.

LORD Chemosil NL 411 elastomer bonding agent is a versatile bonding agent suitable for use as a covercoat material over Chemosil 211 primer, or as a one-coat bonding agent for bonding a variety of elastomer compounds to metal and plastic substrates during the vulcanization process. It is formulated without heavy metals and composed of a mixture of dispersed polymers, cross-linking agent, and suspended solids in an organic solvent system. Chemosil NL 411 bonding agent will bond elastomer compounds based on natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene (IR), styrene-butadiene (SBR), polybutadiene (BR), polychloroprene (CR), butyl (IIR), ethylene propylene (EPDM) and chlorinesulfonic polyethylene (CSM) elastomers to most metals, alloys, and rigid plastic substrates.

LORD Chemosil NL 411-63E elastomer bonding agent is a versatile, ready-to-use bonding agent specifically designed for electrostatic spray application. Chemosil NL 411-63E bonding agent can be used as a covercoat material over Chemosil 211 primer, or as a one-coat bonding agent for bonding a variety of elastomer compounds to metal and plastic substrates during the vulcanization process. It is formulated without heavy metals and composed of a mixture of polymers and heat-reactive components in an organic solvent system. Chemosil NL 411-63E bonding agent will bond elastomer compounds based on natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene (IR), styrene-butadiene (SBR), polybutadiene (BR), nitrile (NBR), polychloroprene (CR), butyl (IIR), and ethylene propylene (EPDM) elastomers to most metals, alloys, and rigid plastic substrates.

Dibenzoyl-p-Quinone Dioxime (DBQDO) is an effective non-sulfur vulcanizing agent for natural and synthetic elastomers. Butyl rubber cured with DBQDO agent is used for high voltage wire and cable products, molded electrical compounds, heat resistant seals, jackets, and hose, inner tubes, and tire curing bags. DBQDO agent is similar to para-Quinone Dioxime vulcanizing agent (QDO) in the properties it imparts to butyl, but different in its processing characteristics. DBQDO agent is slower, i.e., less scorchy than QDO agent and allows the processor more working time. DBQDO agent is usually preferred when processing convenience is of primary importance. DBQDO agent is often used in conjunction with an activator, e.g., red lead. In non-black stocks, it can be used with MBTS as the oxidizing agent for additional processing safety. LORD HPC-3B and HPC-3C are two-part, room temperature curing fluoroelastomer coatings which feature robust adhesion and exceptional mechanical properties. These coatings greatly enhance fuel and fluid resistance for a wide variety of elastomeric substrates. HPC-3B is black; HPC-3C is clear. Coatings are composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. HPC-3 Curative is added to either HPC-3B or HPC-3C.
