Poly DNB rubber conditioner is a dispersion of poly-p-dinitroso benzene (DNB) in wax. It is used as a conditioner for butyl and EPDM compounds to impart age resistance, and improve green strength and processing safety.

Poly DNB conditioner is used in compounds designed to make inner tubes, curing bladders, cements, molded goods, mechanical goods, wire/cable covers, electrical blankets, membranes, hose, tank liners, gaskets, tapes, and load bearing pads.

Para-Quinone Dioxime (QDO) is a non-sulfur vulcanizing agent for synthetic elastomers. It is used extensively for rapid curing of butyl stocks requiring heat resistance. These elastomers are used to fabricate high voltage wire and cable products, molded electrical components, and heat resistant seals and hose.

QDO agent is also used as part of the curative system for liquid butyl elastomers. These components are formulated as coatings, sealants, and electrical encapsulants.

QDO agent also functions as a curative for ethylene propylene terpolymers (EPDM).

QDO agent is available in elastomer compatible dispersions.

LORD Sipiol WL 1010-21CF coating is a smooth, aqueous, single-component, anti-friction coating designed specifically for in-line application during production of automotive sealing systems. It is composed of a designed solids system in an aqueous polyurethane dispersion.

Typical applications of Sipiol WL 1010-21CF coating include window guides, window channel seals, door seals, sunroof seals, seals for folding convertible roofs, gap seals for windscreens and rear windows, and bonnet/hood and boot/trunk seals.

LORD Sipiol WL 1015-22P coating is an aqueous, single-component, anti-friction coating designed specifically for in-line application during production of automotive sealing systems. Sipiol WL 1015-22P coating is a high abrasion-resistant coating with a rough surface.
