LORD Chemlok 207LH primer is a low Hazardous Air Pollutant (HAP) primer designed for use under Chemlok 6411LH covercoat adhesive to bond a wide variety of vulcanized and unvulcanized rubber compounds to metals and other rigid substrates. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in a low HAP organic solvent system.

LORD Chemlok 208A primer is specifically developed for use with Chemlok 220B adhesive, Autoseal 3370 adhesive and other selected Chemlok covercoat adhesives in coil coating applications.

LORD Chemlok 2100/2101 adhesive is a primer/covercoat adhesive system designed for bonding rubber linings to steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, wood and other substrates. Chemlok 2100/2101 adhesive system is suitable for cure by autoclave, open steam or chemical techniques.

LORD Chemlok 213 adhesive is a one-coat adhesive used to bond castable and RIM urethane elastomers to metal. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, curatives, and pigments dissolved in an organic solvent system. Chemlok 213 adhesive is also used to bond a wide variety of both polyether and polyester castable urethanes to metal. This adhesive bonds with polyether and polyester castable urethanes of varying hardness, based on both TDI and MDI. Chemlok 213 adhesive can also be used to bond certain thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU). Chemlok 213 adhesive provides bond strengths greater than the tear strength of the urethane substrate. This adhesive bonds RIM urethane elastomers directly to aluminum or steel without the need for primers or prebaking.

LORD Chemlok 217 adhesive is a one-coat adhesive used to bond nitrile or neoprene elastomers to metals or other substrates during vulcanization of the elastomer. The adhesive provides ample processing latitude and readily adapts to conventional application and molding methods. For maximum protection or when environmental conditions are extremely aggressive, Chemlok 217 adhesive can be used over Chemlok 205 primer.
