Chemlok 220V adhesive is used to bond uncured elastomers to metal and other rigid substrates during the elastomer vulcanization. This adhesive, which is a VOC compliant version of Chemlok 220 adhesive, will bond a wide variety of rubber compounds including natural, SBR, neoprene, nitrile, polyisoprene and poly-butadiene. For maximum metal adhesion and environmental resistance, use Chemlok 220V adhesive over Chemlok 205E primer or Chemlok AD4370-59 primer.

LORD Chemlok 220X adhesive is a xylene-based adhesive designed for use over Chemlok 205 primer. This adhesive system will bond a wide variety of uncured elastomers such as natural rubber (NR), nitrile (NBR), polychloroprene (CR), styrene-butadiene (SBR) and hydrogenated nitrile (HNBR) to metals and other rigid substrates during vulcanization of the elastomer. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system.

Chemlok 222NL adhesive is a non-lead general-purpose covercoat designed for use over Chemlok 205 primer. This adhesive system will bond a variety of uncured elastomers such as SBR, natural, nitrile, and neoprene to metal substrates during the vulcanization of the elastomer.

LORD Chemlok 225X adhesive is a general purpose covercoat adhesive designed for use over Chemlok 205 primer. This adhesive system will bond a wide variety of uncured elastomers such as natural rubber (NR), neoprene, styrene-butadiene (SBR), nitrile (NBR), polyisoprene (IR) and polybutadiene (BR) to various metals and other rigid substrates during vulcanization of the elastomer. It is composed of a mixture of dissolved organic polymers and dispersed fillers in a xylene solvent system. Chemlok 225X adhesive also has excellent adhesion to soft NR compounds with semi-EV cure systems.

Chemlok 2310 is a solvent based adhesive used over Resorcinol-Formaldehyde-Latex (RFL) treated cord and fabric. This adhesive will bond a variety of uncured elastomers such as HNBR, ZSC/HNBR, NBR, EPDM, and Neoprene compounds to RFL treated cord and fabric such as polyester, fiberglass, and Kevlar to NBR and HNBR.
