Manganese Octoate 12% is a manganese-based primary drier (drying initiator) for alkyd-based paints, coatings, and inks. Manganese is weaker than cobalt but its efficacy can be enhanced with chelating agents; it can discolour white paints and also gives some through-drying.

PAT-ADD COAL88 is a highly efficient coalescing agent for dispersion paints, plasters, and polymeric dispersions. PAT-ADD COAL88 reduces the MFFT (minimum film formation temperature), enabling proper film formation at lower temperatures. PAT-ADD OT 2034 is unique low VOC additive to extend the open time after paint application. It can be used to produce VOC and APE-Free universal colorants for tinting systems as applied to architectural emulsion paints and solvent borne alkyd paints.

Patcat 3001 (Dibutyltin dilaurate) is a primary catalyst to accelerate the isocyanate-hydroxyl-reaction as well as the reaction of isocyanates with alcohols. It can be combined with tertiary amines and calcium-2-ethyl-hexanoate. It can also be used for silanol condensation reaction.
