Patcham Cobalt Neo 10% In BD is a unique liquid, extremely low VOC Cobalt compound. Main use is as catalyst in air-drying paints, -for this purpose also referred to as drier or siccative-, in inks or similar unsaturated systems. Main contribution is to initiate and control the autoxidation crosslinking process during film formation, after paint is applied on to the substrate.
