Methacrylic reactive thinner, to adjust viscosity of ready to use formulations based on DEGAROUTE. – DEGAROUTE 1015 can be added during formulation or application, to adjust viscosity.

Methacrylate resin for durable cold plastic road markings – low viscosity methacrylate resin used as a binder for permanent markings based on cold plastic; permanently elastic and is processed without plasticizers; viscosity of ready formulated material is stable over a long period; versatile use as: flat line, profiled and structure markings; recommended surface temperature for application is between 5 °C and 60 °C; tested by BaSt (Federal Road Research Institute of Germany); good wetting properties for fillers and pigments, outstandingly fluid cold plastics can be produced; for use in cold and warm climates; applications at temperatures below 5 °C are possible by addition of Accelerator 50 (see data sheet “Application of Cold Plastic and Cold Spray Plastic below 5 °C (+41°F)”)

Methacrylate resin for durable cold plastic high anti skid area markings – low viscosity methacrylate resin used as a binder for permanent markings and area markings based on cold plastic; used without addition plasticizer; 1- or 2-layer application for heavy load roads recommended; application temperature can be between 5 °C and 45 °C; long time experience; for use in cold and warm climates

Accelerator-free methacrylate resin for durable cold plastic road markings – same composition as DEGAROUTE 465, but resin contains no accelerator; low viscosity methacrylate resin used as a binder for permanent markings based on cold plastic; permanently elastic and is processed without plasticizers; viscosity of ready formulated material is stable over a long period; versatile use as: flat line, profiled and structure markings; coating thicknesses of 1.5 – 3 mm; recommended surface temperature for application is between 5 °C and 45 °C; good wetting properties for fillers and pigments, outstandingly fluid cold plastics can be produced; advantages of this system are simple dosing and the fact that it can tolerate slight deviations from the mixing ratio; for use in cold and warm climates
