SASOLWAX M4U is a synthetic produced low melting wax using the Gas-to-Liquid (GTL) Fischer-Tropsch technology. It expands the existing portfolio by bridging the product range between liquid GTL paraffins and hard GTL Fischer-Tropsch waxes with congealing points above 80 °C. SASOLWAX M4U is mineral oil free by nature, and as all Sasol’s GTL Fischer-Tropsch waxes are not defined as polymers and therefore not classified as microplastic.
