SONGNOX CS 1330 is primary phenolic antioxidant for good processing stability and excellent long-term thermal stability. Its major features and applications are:; Suitable for PE and PP cable insulations and films.; Excellent dielectrical properties.; Extraction resistant in water-quenched PP film lines.; High performance in controlling degradation of polyolefins.; Not absorbed by filler in polyolefins.; High resistance to thermo-oxidative degradation.; Suitable to be combined with light stabilizers: either as blends of SONGNOX CS 1330 with HALS or combinations of HALS and UVA.; Can be used without a metal deactivator.; Suitable for SBS, rubber, polyamides, polyesters and synthetic fibers.

SONGNOX CS 1680 is a secondary phosphite antioxidant for good processing and excellent long-term thermal stability. Its major features and applications are:; It prevents induced degradation and extends the performance of the primary antioxidants.; It ensures melt flow and color protection during thermal processing.; It is also recommended for the processing of polymers such as polyurethanes, polyesters, polyamides, polycarbonates, styrenic polymers, adhesives, sealants.; Can be used in combination with hindered phenol primary antioxidants, such as SONGNOX CS 1010, SONGNOX CS 1076 to achieve synergistic performance.

SONGNOX CS 2450 is primary phenolic antioxidant for good processing stability and excellent long-term thermal stability. Its major features and applications are:; SONGNOX CS 2450 is a high performance, primary, sterically hindered antioxidant that protects the polymer against thermo-oxidative degradation during the manufacturing processes and in end-use applications.; An effective antioxidant for styrenics, synthetic rubbers, POM homo & copolymer, polyurethanes, polyamides, polyesters, silane-modified polymers, MBS, and PVC.; SONGNOX CS 2450 shows low volatility, good color stability, and extraction resistant.; Can be used in combination with other additives such as co-stabilizers (phosphites, phosphonites, lactones) and light stabilizers. SONGNOX CS 2450 is available as well in a water-miscible form, under the name SONGNOX CS 2450 WB for use in polymeric dispersions and emulsions (more information related to this product are available in the corresponding technical datasheet).

SONGNOX CS 3114 is primary phenolic antioxidant for good processing stability and excellent long-term thermal stability. Its major features and applications are:; Highly effective, non-discoloring stabilizer for hot-melt, tackifiers and solvent-based coating applications.; With its low volatility it displays excellent high extraction resistance performance.; Very good color stability makes it suitable for use in color sensitive applications; Exhibits a synergistic effect when used in combination with phosphite antioxidants such as SONGNOX CS 1680 or SONGNOX CS 6260.; Available also in standard blends (combination of SONGNOX CS 3114 and SONGNOX CS 1680).

SONGNOX CS 417B, 147B are synergistic blends of a hindered phenol primary antioxidant and a phosphite type secondary antioxidant for good processing stability and excellent long-term thermal stability. Its major features and applications are: Long-term heat stability and protects physical properties during storage and in the end use application; Excellent melt flow and color protection during processing of polyolefins and can address a wide range of stabilization needs; Also useful for stabilization of polycarbonates, polyesters, polyurethanes, adhesives, ABS, and elastomers.
