SONGNOX CS 5057 is a liquid, aromatic secondary amine antioxidant for good processing and excellent long-term thermal stability. Its major features and applications are:; Can be used in combination with hindered phenolic antioxidants, such as SONGNOX CS 1135, as excellent co-stabilizer for polyurethanes.; Can be used in other polymers such as elastomers, adhesives and or other organic substrates.; Can be combined with SONGSORB CS hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS) and/or UV absorbers.

SONGNOX CS 565 is a primary phenolic antioxidant for good processing stability and excellent long-term thermal stability. Its major features and applications are:; High molecular weight, non-discoloring, non-staining, multifunctional phenolic antioxidant.; Effective antioxidant for elastomers including polybutadiene, polyisoprene, or carboxylates SBR latex.; Especially effective hot melt or solvent borne adhesives based on styrene block-copolymers (SBC) and in natural or synthetic tackifier resins.; High effective to prevent gel formation and discoloration.; Exhibits a synergistic effect in combination with other stabilizers.

SONGNOX CS 6260 is a secondary phosphite antioxidant for good processing and excellent long-term thermal stability. Its major features and applications are: It prevents induced degradation and extends the performance of the primary antioxidants; SONGNOX CS 6260 shows excellent melt flow and color protection during thermal processing of polymers; Applications include polyolefins, elastomers, polycarbonate, polyester, and styrenics and it is highly recommended in applications such as solvent based coatings, adhesives, and powder coatings; Can be used in combination with hindered phenol primary phenol, such as SONGNOX CS 1010, SONGNOX CS 1076 to achieve synergistic performance; Moisture sensitive – consult SDS for handling considerations.

SONGNOX CS DLTDP is a thioester secondary antioxidant for good processing and excellent long-term thermal stability. Its major features and applications are:; Decomposes and neutralizes hydroperoxides, formed by auto-oxidation of polymers.; Suitable for polyolefins, rubber, styrene homo- and copolymers, and adhesives.; Non-discoloring, efficient stabilizer for polyolefins, particularly PP and HDPE.; Can be used as a synergist in combination with phenolic antioxidants, enhancing aging and light stability.

SONGNOX CS DSTDP is a thioester secondary antioxidant for good processing and excellent long-term thermal stability. Its major features and applications are:; Secondary antioxidant of the thioester type used as heat stabilizer for organic polymers and binders.; Decomposes and neutralizes hydroperoxides, formed by auto-oxidation of polymers.; Can be used for adhesives, styrene homo and copolymers, for polyolefins and particularly for PP and HDPE.; Generally suitable for polymeric materials that requires long-term thermal stabilization.; Excellent synergistic behavior in combination with phenolic antioxidants, enhancing aging and light stability.
