SONGNOX CS PQ is a secondary phosphite antioxidant for good processing and excellent long-term thermal stability. Its major features and applications are:; SONGNOX CS PQ is melting at low temperatures. It shows high thermal stability and high solubility in polymeric materials as well as broad compatibility in coating polymers.; SONGNOX CS PQ effectively reduces thermal yellowing during processing and provides long-term heat stability.; Recommended especially for the applications where polymers and/or binders are cured at elevated temperature and need thermo-stabilization, e.g. powder coatings, coil coatings and specific solvent borne coatings (eg. automotive).; Reduces gas fading and inhibits discoloration when exposed to NOx.; Moisture sensitive – consult SDS for handling considerations.

SONGSORB CS 1000 is a UV absorber of the benzotriazole type for high performance coating applications. Its major features and applications are:; Strong absorber of ultraviolet radiation in the 290 ~ 400nm region and has a high degree of photostability. The photochemical low initial color and moderately low volatility.; Can be used in combination with SONGNOX CS phenolic & phosphite antioxidants and SONGSORB CS HALS to optimize performance in outdoor applications, protecting against gloss reduction, cracking, color change, blistering.

SONGSORB CS 111 is a hindered amine light stabilizer mixture for high performance coating applications. Its major features and applications are: Excellent UV stabilizing performance with outstanding extraction resistance, low gas fading and low pigment interaction. Developed for powder coatings, coil coatings, adhesives and sealants. The low softening point at compounding temperatures and excellent low temperature curing processes makes this product particularly well suited for these applications; It is designed to meet high performance and durability requirements of waterborne, solvent and 100% solids automotive and industrial finishes; It is recommended for use in combination with UV absorber such as SONGSORB CS 928; In industrial coatings, it reduces yellowness caused by curing and overbaking, particularly in gas ovens; Effective also as an antioxidant and contributes to triboelectric charging effect, which in powder coatings turns into improved efficiency of the triboelectric coating process, easier saving of powders during manufacture and use, superior wrap-around on spraying, and enhanced powder adhesion to the workplace.

SONGSORB CS 1130 is a liquid UV absorber of the benzotriazole type for high performance coating, adhesive, and sealant applications. Its major features and applications are: Can beincorporated into water borne systems or diluted with most common solvents; Can be used in industrial and automotive coatings because of high temperature and extraction resistance; Can provide efficient protection to light sensitive wood and plastics because of broad UV absorption; Can be used in clear coats, base coats and top coats. Ideal for medium coatings and industrial coatings; Can be used in combination with phenolic antioxidants and HALS to optimize performance of sealants based on silane modified polymers (SMP); Synergistic effects with HALS such as SONGSORB CS 292 and SONGSORB CS 5100 for general powder coatings (for thermal and light stabilization). High photostability, low yellowing and good thermal stability for color sensitive coatings, blistering, delamination, and color change.

SONGSORB CS 1164 is a solid UV absorber of the triazine type for high performance coating, adhesive, and sealant applications. Its major features and applications are:; SONGSORB CS 1164 is the appropriate UVA to meet the high performance and durability requirements of solvent, powder coating, and industrial finishes.; It is designed to be an interaction-free UV absorber in amine and/or metal-catalyzed coating systems.; Thanks to its low color and excellent stability SONGSORB CS 1164 is also ideal for durable UV clear coatings.; Can be used in combination with a HALS such as SONGSORB CS 144 or SONGSORB CS 292 or SONGSORB CS 5100; Synergistic combinations impart better protection against gloss reduction, cracking, blistering, delamination, and color change.
