UV Absorber – SONGSORB 1000 is a strong absorber of ultraviolet radiation in the 290~400 nm region and has a high degree of photostability – photochemical energy absorbed in the ultraviolet region is dissipated as thermal energy; Offers ultraviolet light protection to a wide range of polymers; Can be used in combination with phenolic & phosphite antioxidants, and HALS to optimize performance in outdoor use; Should be stored in a cool, dry, well ventilated area, away from direct sunlight

UV Absorber – SONGSORB 1164 offers high inherent UV stability and minimal color contribution; Exhibiting low interaction with metals; Possesses high permanence; Excellent compatibility with other stabilizer chemistries

Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer – SONGSORB 1190 is a monomeric, tertiary hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS); SONGSORB 1190 is highly effective in PP, PE and TPO and it can be also used in styrenics (ABS, ASA), polyamides, polyacetals, and elastomers; It is particularly effective in PE-based agricultural films, PP fibers, talc-filled PP and TPO; It has low volatility and excellent resistance to migration; It provides reduced interaction with agricultural chemicals, fillers, pigments, and other additives as compared to conventional HALS; It provides improved color yield resulting from low interaction with pigments; It contributes significantly to the long-term thermal stability of polyolefins, particularly in talc-filled PP and TPO; It often shows synergy with other light stabilizers, especially low MW HALS (SONGSORB 7700), hydroxy benzoates (SONGSORB 2908, SONGSORB 7120), and UV absorbers; The recommended concentrations range from 0.05% ~ 1.0%, depending on application
