Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer – SONGSORB 7700 is a low molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) for applications demanding light stability; SONGSORB 7700 provides excellent light stability for thick sections applications, and particularly useful in PP, TPO, styrenic polymers (HIPS, SAN, ABS, ASA), polyamide, polyurethane, polyacetal, acrylics, and elastomers; It is suitable for use in thin section applications with a high surface area such as PP film and tapes; It often shows synergy with other light stabilizers, especially high MW HALS (SONGSORB 9440, SONGSORB 1190), hydroxy benzoates (SONGSORB 2908, SONGSORB 7120), and UV absorbers; The recommended concentrations range from 0.05% ~ 0.6%, depending on application.

Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer – SONGSORB 7830 is a synergistic blend of SONGSORB 9440 and SONGSORB 6220 hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS); SONGSORB 7830 is a versatile HALS with low gasfading and low pigment interaction and a cost-effective light stabilizer; It is highly effective in PE (films, fiber and injection molding), PP (film and fibers) and EVA; It is less discoloring than SONGSORB 9440; It has low volatility, excellent resistance to migration, and indirect food contact clearances; The recommended concentrations range from 0.05% ~ 1.0%, depending on application.

UV Absorber – SONGSORB 8100 absorbs ultraviolet radiation in the 240~340 nm region; Exhibits synergy with HALS; For better long-term performance use of UVAs of the benzotriazole; Can be used for PE, PP, PVC, PS, PC, PP fiber, Ethylene vinyl acetate etc; Provide good light stability effect in polyurethanes and rubbers; Dosage is 0.1~0.5% based on polymer weight
