PIGMENT YELLOW 83 – Novoperm Yellow HR 72 is a modified version of Novoperm Yellow HR 70. Optimum tinting strength can be achieved in relatively short time using a dissolver and suitable dispersing agents. The simplified dispersion process that does not include a bead mill results in a cost efficient manufacturing of pigment dispersions. Furthermore dispersions made with Hostaperm Yellow HR 72 can be used to tint the new generation of low VOC decorative paints.** As defined in EU directive 2004/42/EC, annex II, phase II. VOC standards and regulations vary by location. Product specific VOC information is available to customers upon request. It is the responsibility of the coatings manufacturer to determine standard compliance and appropriate claim for their products.

PIGMENT YELLOW 83 – Novoperm Yellow HR is a red shade diarylide yellow pigment. It exhibits excellent light fastness as well as good overall fastness properties. Recommended for paste inks and for solvent- and water based packaging gravure and flexographic printing inks.

PIGMENT YELLOW 139 – Novoperm Yellow M2R 70 is a reddish yellow pigment with excellent fastness to light and weathering, especially in deep shades. Very good opacity for an organic pigment. As it has very good flow properties in paints, it can also be used at high pigment concentrations (about 25 % pigment relative to solid binder) without affecting the gloss. Eminently suitable for the production of intense opaque yellow shades for lead-free or low-lead paints. It should be borne in mind that the resistance to very strong alkalis is in some binder systems unsatisfactory.

PIGMENT YELLOW 180 – Novoperm Yellow P-HG is a green shade benzimidazolone pigment of the P-grade range with extremely low specific conductivity (< 0,2 mS/cm), especially recommended for solvent based packaging printing inks. It exhibits high color strength, high gloss, and high transparency with very good rheological and excellent fastness properties. It is used if the fastness properties of a Pigment Yellow 13 or Pigment Yellow 17 are not sufficient.
