PIGMENT RED 101 – Hostatint Trans Oxide Red SA-G is a solvent-containing pigment preparation based on a carrier resin (short oil alkyd resin) that was developed specially for alkyd- and oil-based wood coatings applications.

PIGMENT YELLOW 42 – Hostatint Trans Oxide Yellow A-2R 100 is a solvent-containing pigment preparation based on a carrier resin (aldehyde resin) that was developed specially for industrial paint applications.

PIGMENT MIX – Hostatint Umber KT 533 is an aqueous, binder-free pigment preparation and manufactured without using alkyl phenol ethoxylated (APEO) additives. This multipurpose pigment preparation is compatible with water-based and solvent-based decorative coatings, especially modern low VOC decorative coatings.** As defined in EU directive 2004/42/EC, annex II, phase II. VOC standards and regulations vary by location. Product specific VOC information is available to customers upon request. It is the responsibility of the coatings manufacturer to determine standard compliance and appropriate claim for their products.

P BK 7 – Hostatint UV Black N 100 is designed for radiation curable systems that undergo radical polymerization after exposure to UV-light. Main application field is lacquers for wooden furniture and parquet flooring. Hostatint UV 100 is a range of pigment preparations for 100 % UV coating systems. The back bone of the formulation is a modified unsaturated acrylate that shows wide compatibility with UV-curable paints. The preparations contain a polymeric acrylate thinner and TMPEOTA (Ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate) to guarantee optimal rheological behavior and curing. The preparations do not contain any photoinitiator and are hence directly usable in electron beam curing.
