RM60-C Ready-to-Use (RTU) cover coat is a pre-milled porcelain enamel cover coat specially designed for use on appliance parts. The fired appearance of RTU cover coat is a glossy and high reflectance porcelain enamel coating with excellent surface quality.

Ready-to-Use (RTU) fleck RM49-L is a pre-milled gloss dark blue gray pyrolytic porcelain enamel ground coat specially designed for use on appliance parts. The fired appearance of RM49-L is a smooth glossy dark surface with speckles, which are interspersed white particles. On self-cleaning ovens, the temperature is raised to approximately 900°F (480°C) for three hours during the pyrolytic cycle to transform burned-on food residues into easily removable ash. RM49-L has been engineered to withstand many clean cycles without fading or cracking.

RM108 RTU ground coat is a ready to use porcelain enamel designed to coat and protect steel substrates and to provide a base layer for colored enamels. This material is fired at elevated temperatures of about 1480-1580°F (805-860°C) to obtain a vitreous, homogeneous porcelain enamel coating.

SJ539-A is a pre-milled gloss blue-black porcelain enamel ground coat that is reconstituted with water and applied by wet spray over steel. The fired appearance of SJ539-A is a smooth glossy blue surface, and it is compatible with oxide pigments to adjust the color.
