This product is a resin treated pigment carried in mineral spirits and provided in a paste form. Fine particle size aluminum flake pigment; Non-leafing – SILBERCOTE Y polymer treated aluminum pigments are resistant to acid and alkali staining, while providing enhanced electrical charge resistance in finished coatings. SILBERCOTE Y imparts additional detergent resistance and adhesion properties versus the SILBERCOTE Z series. SILBERCOTE Y is typically formulated into liquid coatings for plastic substrates. This product is recommended for automotive parts and accessories, automotive interior and consumer electronics applications.
