Non-leafing ‘Liquid Metal’ aluminum flake pigment; Medium particle size; Passivated for water based systems – SBC AQ 020LM is a medium particle size “Liquid Metal” silver dollar pigment. It offers a smooth, highly reflective finish and is passivated for resistance to aqueous attack. SBC AQ 020LM has been formulated for good incorporation into waterborne paint systems and is recommended for OEM automotive applications.

SBC AQ 3500 F2X is a medium-coarse particle size, “cornflake” pigment paste, passivated to resist aqueous attack. It is controlled for particle size distribution, ensuring a white face tone with a bright, sparkling effect. The economical, versatile nature of this grade makes it suitable for most types of water-based industrial coatings.

SILBERCOTE AQ Star 012 is a fine particle size, narrow size distribution, inhibited silver dollar aluminum flake pigment. Using advanced techniques, silica is deposited onto the surface of the aluminum flake producing a pigment with excellent gassing resistance and stability. SILBERCOTE AQ Star 012 offers a bright face color with dark flop and excellent opacity. This product is recommended for high quality waterborne automotive finishes where excellent metallic color travel and clean bright metallic colors are required.
