SYNTEVEN 440, after the addition of benzoyl peroxide, hardens cold even at very low temperatures, giving rise to a polymer of medium hardness. The fillers formulated with SYNTEVEN 440 harden completely at both high and low thickness and are particularly suitable for the automotive sector. We recommend the use of appropriate fillers such as talc, dolomite / calcite, crystalline gypsum, and iron-free barites. Talc, considering its property of improving the characteristics of sandability and adhesion to the substrate, should represent the main component. In addition, fillers with a greater spherical shape such as dolomite, gypsum, and barite, results in the product being more compact.

We recommend the use of suitable fillers such as talc, dolomite / calcite, crystalline gypsum, and iron-free barite. Given its property of improving the characteristics of sandability and adhesion to the support, talc should represent the main component. In addition, stuccos with a larger spherical shape such as dolomite, gypsum, and barite, guarantee greater compactness to the product.
