Pultrusion Polyol Blend – RIMLINE SK 97018 is a fully formulated, low viscosity polyol blend including internal mold release (IMR) intended for use in pultrusion processing. Designed as part of a two-component system in conjunction with SUPRASEC 9700 MDI-based isocyanate, the resin offers excellent wetting characteristics, accelerated line speeds, low pull forces, and no VOC emissions. The complete polyol/isocyanate resin system is ideally suited for structural profiles in demanding applications where superior strength and durability are required.

Modified 4, 4′ – Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – RUBINATE 1209 (Modified 4,4′ Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate) is a white to pale yellow liquid. This product has been chemically adjusted to be a liquid product at ambient temperatures (above 15oC) (60oF) and exhibits good low temperature storage stability. The presence of the modified MDI raises the average functionality to slightly greater than 2.1.

4,4′ Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – RUBINATE 1225 (4,4-‘ Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate) is a highly pure difunctional isocyanate having a white to pale yellow color as a solid at ambient temperatures.

Low Functionality Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Prepolymer – RUBINATE 1234 MDI isocyanate is a member of the Low Functionality Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are produced from the reaction of a standard MDI material with selected polyester polyols to provide certain characteristics for use in the production of two component polyurethane products. RUBINATE 1234 MDI is a polyester-based prepolymer with a controlled low acidity. This will allow the formulator to adjust the resin blend to reach a specific reaction profile.

Medium Functionality MDI – RUBINATE 1245 isocyanate is a brown liquid. It has an average functionality of about 2.3 and a low vapor pressure at ambient temperature.
