Low Functionality Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Prepolymer – RUBINATE 2022 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Low Functionality Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are produced from the reaction of a standard MDI material with selected polyether polyols to provide certain characteristics for use in the production of two-component polyurethane products. RUBINATE 2022 MDI is an all-purpose 4,4′ MDI based prepolymer.

Pure 4, 4′ Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – RUBINATE 44 MDI isocyanate is a highly pure di-functional isocyanate having a white to pale yellow color and is a solid at ambient temperatures.

Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Polyurea Prepolymer – RUBINATE 9009 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Polyurea Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are made in combination with resin blends containing JEFFAMINE Polyetheramines and/or JEFFOL Polyether Polyols for the production of high-performance polyurea coatings and elastomers. RUBINATE 9009 MDI has been developed to provide improved physical properties and quicker return-to-service than other alternative products.

Modified Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – RUBINATE 9016 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Modified Polymeric MDI isocyanate family. These products are modified with a specific amount diisocyanate to provide enhanced performance and properties when compared to standard Polymeric MDI. RUBINATE 9016 MDI has been developed to contain a high amount of diisocyanate and further tailored to contain a moderate percentage of the 2,4′ MDI isomer when compared to other available products. Depending upon the specific end-use, formulators are advised to verify the performance of RUBINATE 9016 MDI Isocyanate in their application.

Moisture-Cured Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Prepolymers – RUBINATE 9040 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Moisture-Cured Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are produced from the reaction of a standard MDI material with selected polyether polyols to provide certain characteristics for use in the production of moisture-cured adhesive and coating products. RUBINATE 9040 MDI is a clear, slow curing, flexible binder, ideal for use in Rubber Crumb applications.
