JetFil P200

JetFil P200

reinforcing talc filler

JetFil P200 is off-white, high purity, extremely platy talc recommended for improving stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in general purpose and commodity plastics applications. JetFil P200 is used in commodity plastics applications, especially in polypropylene, where maximum reinforcement can be achieved at loadings as high as 20% to 40% while also achieving good long-term thermal stability (heat aging). JetFil P200 is also used as a general-purpose talc for paints to improve rheology, stain-blocking, and barrier properties.

JetFil P500

reinforcing talc filler

JetFil P500 is off-white, high purity, extremely platy, fine talc recommended for improving stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in general purpose plastics applications including sheets and thermoformed plastics. JetFil P500 is used mainly in plastics applications, including rigid packaging and appliances, to maximize reinforcement at talc loadings as high as 20% to 40%. It could also allow achieving good long-term thermal stability (heat aging). JetFil P500 is also used as a general-purpose extender pigment for paints to improve rheology, stain-blocking, barrier properties, and corrosion resistance in primers, paints, and sealants.

JetFil T290

JetFil T290

reinforcing talc filler

JetFil T290 is off-white, extremely platy talc recommended for improving stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in general purpose and commodity plastics applications including wood-plastic composites. JetFil T290 is used in commodity plastics applications, especially in polypropylene, where maximum reinforcement can be achieved at loadings as high as 20% to 40% while also achieving good long-term thermal stability (heat aging). JetFil T290 is also used in wood plastic composites (WPC), where it: increases modulus of elasticity, modulus of rupture, and HDT; reduces water diffusion, weight gain, and swell in water, loss of elasticity and rupture modulus in moist environment; improves warpage, creep, and elastic recovery; improves processing efficiency.
