FDC is high-purity, platy talc. FDC is used as general-purpose, coarse filler where high-purity and low surface area are required.

Glacier 200 USP/FCC is a high purity talc product designed for use in food, chewing gum, nutraceutical, and personal care applications. It is produced from a high purity US talc ore source and is further beneficiated to keep the levels of non talc minerals such as carbonates and chlorites to a minimum. US microcrystalline talc is very compatible with gum base resins and imparts excellent rheology and mouth feel to the gum product. Glacier 200 USP/FCC is manufactured according to IPEC Excipient GMP guidelines and meets all the specifications of the USP35 NF30 Talc Monograph as well as Food Facility Certification criteria.

Glacier 400 USP/FCC is a high purity talc product designed for use in food, chewing gum, nutraceutical, and personal care applications. Grade C-85 is a talc/magnesite with a highly lamellar structure. Grade C-85 is used as a functional ingredient in auto body compounds to improve viscosity, smoothness, and sandability. Grade C-85 also is used to reinforce polypropylene, as a friction modifier in brake linings and as an insecticide carrier.

Grade TC-100 is an off-white, extremely platy talc product. Grade TC-100 is used in joint compound formulas to improve resistance to cracking, smoothing, and sandability. Grade TC-100 also is used as a filler in modified asphalt roofing to improve weathering and UV resistance. Grade TC-100 is also used as a dusting agent for rubber and rolled asphalt, an agricultural chemical carrier, and for refractory gunning compounds. Grade TC-100 could also be used in plastics as a cost-effective reinforcing agent to improve stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability.
