JetFil M500

JetFil M500

reinforcing talc filler

JetFil M500 is a high purity, platy, fine talc, which is recommended for improving stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in polymers. It is used in polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, and other plastic based applications to achieve maximum stiffness at loading levels up to 40% or higher. JetFil M500 is available in densified form to improve feeding, enhance extrusion throughput, and reduce dusting. JetFil M500 may also be used in rigid packaging, appliances, and UTH (under the hood) markets to: increase modulus of elasticity, modulus of rupture, and HDT; reduce water diffusion, weight gain, and swell in water, loss of elasticity and rupture modulus in moist environments; improve warpage, creep, dimensional stability, and elastic recovery; improve processing efficiency.

JetFil M550

reinforcing talc filler

JetFil M550 is a high purity, platy, ultra-fine talc, which is recommended for improving stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in polymers. It can be used in polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC based applications to achieve maximum stiffness at loading levels up to 40% or higher. JetFil M550 is available in densified form to improve feeding, enhance extrusion throughput, and reduce dusting. JetFil M550 may also be used in exterior TPO, formed sheets, and UTH (under the hood) markets to: increase modulus of elasticity, modulus of rupture, and HDT; reduce water diffusion, weight gain, and swell in water, loss of elasticity and rupture modulus in moist environments; improve warpage, creep, dimensional stability, and elastic recovery; improve processing efficiency.

JetFil M600C

JetFil M600C

reinforcing talc filler

JetFil M600C is a high purity, platy, fine talc, which is recommended for improving stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in polymers. It is used in polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, and other plastic based applications to achieve maximum stiffness at loading levels up to 40% or higher. JetFil M600C is used in plastics applications, where its consistent quality and tight top particle size control improves the impact-to-stiffness ratio in polypropylene and automotive TPOs. JetFil M600C is available in compacted form to improve feeding, enhance extrusion throughput, and reduce dusting. JetFil M600C may also be used in rigid packaging, appliances, and UTH (under the hood) markets to: increase modulus of elasticity, modulus of rupture, and HDT; reduce water diffusion, weight gain, and swell in water, loss of elasticity and rupture modulus in moist environments; improve warpage, creep, dimensional stability, and elastic recovery; improve processing efficiency.
