JetFil 625C is a very fine, high purity, extremely platy, off-white talc with excellent top-size control that is recommended for excellent stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability as well as improved impact strength and aesthetics in high performance plastics. JetFil 625C is also ideal for nucleation of semi-crystalline plastics, for plastic films, foamed plastics, and for flame retardant applications. JetFil 625C is highly compacted to maximize throughput, minimize dust, and to enable applications in the highest filled compounds and masterbatch products. JetFil 625C is used in a variety of plastics applications including in automotives, appliances, packaging, foaming, films, and wire and cable applications.

JetFil 700C is off-white, high purity, extremely platy, ultrafine talc with excellent top-size control recommended for excellent stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability, impact strength and aesthetics in high performance plastics. It is also ideal for nucleation of semi-crystalline plastics, for plastic films and foamed plastics. It is compacted for maximum extruder throughput, minimum dust, and improved dispersion. JetFil 700C is used in plastics applications mainly for reinforcement in polyolefins especially where excellent stiffness and impact resistance are required, including in automotives and appliances. It could also be used for reinforcement in engineering thermoplastics or other high-performance plastics, for uniform and fine cell nucleation in foamed plastics, and for nucleation of semi-crystalline plastics.

JetFil 700D is off-white, high purity, extremely platy, ultrafine talc with excellent top-size control recommended for excellent stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability, impact strength and aesthetics in high performance plastics. It is also ideal for nucleation of semi-crystalline plastics, for plastic films and foamed plastics. It is densified for reduced dust and ease of dispersion in lower shear extruders. JetFil 700D is used in plastics applications mainly for reinforcement in polyolefins especially where excellent stiffness and impact resistance are required, including in automotives and appliances. It could also be used for reinforcement in engineering thermoplastics or other high-performance plastics, for uniform and fine cell nucleation in foamed plastics, and for nucleation of semi-crystalline plastics.

JetFil H290 is an off-white talc recommended for improving stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in polymer applications. It is used in polypropylene applications to achieve maximum stiffness at loading levels as high as 20%, 40% or higher. JetFil H290 may also be used in wood plastics composites (WPC) to: increase modulus of elasticity, modulus of rupture, and HDT; reduced water diffusion, weight gain, and swell in water, loss of elasticity and rupture modulus in moist environment; improve warpage, creep, and elastic recovery; improve processing efficiency. JetFil H290 can be used as a flux for high alumina ceramics and sanitary ware. JetFil H290 is an excellent fluxing and processing additive for brick, clay pipe, roofing, and floor tile manufacture, and low iron content makes it the appropriate choice for better firing color performance.
