LORD Chemlok 402 adhesive is a solvent-based, one-coat adhesive designed for bonding textiles to a wide variety of unvulcanized elastomers without the use of isocyanate dips or pretreatments. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. Chemlok 402 adhesive is used in the production of hoses, V-belts, conveyor belts, diaphragms, air ride suspensions, and other textile-reinforced rubber products. Chemlok 402 adhesive can also be used as an additive to tie cements, primarily as a replacement for isocyanates that are widely used in rubber/textile bonding. A single coat of Chemlok 402 adhesive will bond compounds based on a natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene (IR), styrene-butadiene (SBR), polybutadiene (BR), polychloroprene (CR), nitrile (NBR) and butyl (IIR) to polyester, polyamide, cotton, rayon, and polyaramid. When dried, Chemlok 402 adhesive is tack-free.

LORD Chemlok 402X-HS adhesive is a solvent-based, one-coat adhesive designed for bonding textiles to a wide variety of unvulcanized elastomers. Chemlok 402X-HS adhesive is an all-xylene version of Chemlok 402 adhesive. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. Chemlok 402X-HS adhesive is used in the production of hoses, belts, diaphragms and other textile-reinforced rubber products. Chemlok 402X-HS adhesive can also be used as an additive to tie cements, primarily as a replacement for isocyanates that are widely used in rubber/textile bonding. LORD Chemlok 459M primer is designed for promoting adhesion to thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), thermoplastic polyolefins (TPO) and EPDM. Chemlok 459M primer contains a fluorescent agent used to identify its presence on the material surface.

LORD Chemlok 459T primer is designed for promoting adhesion to thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), thermoplastic polyolefins (TPO) and EPDM.

LORD Chemlok 459X primer is designed for promoting adhesion to thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), thermoplastic polyolefins (TPO) and EPDM. Chemlok 459X primer is in xylene solvent, diluted for direct application. Chemlok 459X primer can be used in conjunction with urethane and epoxy adhesives, as well as with a variety of double-sided tapes. It may also serve as a primer to enhance the adhesion of polyurethane coatings on cured EPDM and other difficult-to-bond elastomers.
