LORD Chemlok 6100 adhesive is a covercoat adhesive designed for use over Chemlok 205 or 207 primer. This adhesive system will bond a variety of unvulcanized rubber compounds to metal. It is formulated without heavy metals and composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. This adhesive system will bond compounds based on natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene (IR), styrene-butadiene (SBR), polybutadiene (BR), polychloroprene (CR), nitrile (NBR), butyl (IIR) and EPDM polymers to metal. Chemlok 205 or 207 primer helps to ensure environmental resistance of the bonded assembly and adhesion to the substrate.

LORD Chemlok 6108 adhesive is a covercoat adhesive designed for use over Chemlok 205 or 207 primer. This adhesive system will bond a variety of uncured elastomers to metal substrates during vulcanization. It is formulated without heavy metals and composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. This adhesive system will bond compounds based on natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene (IR), styrene-butadiene (SBR), polybutadiene (BR), polychloroprene (CR), nitrile (NBR), butyl (IIR) and EPDM polymers to metals. These metals include carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel, aluminum, magnesium, zinc, copper and copper alloys. LORD Chemlok 6125 adhesive is a covercoat adhesive designed for use over Chemlok 205 primer. This adhesive system will bond uncured elastomers to metals and other rigid substrates during vulcanization of the elastomer. It is formulated without heavy metals and composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. Chemlok 205 primer helps to ensure environmental resistance of the bonded assembly and adhesion to the substrate.

LORD Chemlok 6150 adhesive is a one-coat adhesive used to bond a variety of elastomers to various substrates during vulcanization of the elastomer. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. A single coat of Chemlok 6150 adhesive will bond compounds based on natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene (IR), styrene-butadiene (SBR), polybutadiene (BR), polychloroprene (CR), nitrile (NBR), butyl (IIR), EPDM and polyepichlorohydrin (ECO) polymers to a variety of metals. These metals include carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and copper alloys, magnesium and zinc, as well as a variety of plastics, composites, and fabrics.

LORD Chemlok 622 adhesive is designed for bonding addition-curing (platinum) silicone rubbers to both thermoplastic and aluminum substrates. It is composed of a mixture of silane and siloxanes in an organic solvent system.
