LORD 7100 and 7150 adhesives are two-part, high strength urethane adhesives used to bond cloth, paper, plastics, foams, rubber, painted metals, and powder coated metals. LORD 7100A and 7150A resins are composed of isocyanate. LORD 7100B and 7150B curatives are composed of polyol. These adhesives can be either room temperature cured or heat cured for faster processing. LORD 7100 adhesive cures to a glossy black appearance; LORD 7150 adhesive cures to a unique gray color.

LORD 7421 adhesive is a single-component, moisture-cure urethane adhesive offering quality adhesion performance and non-conductive properties. It successfully bonds Hytrel, chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), Nylon 11 and other thermoplastics to fiber reinforcements, such as polyester and Kevlar, during construction of high-pressure hose. LORD 7421 adhesive adheres reinforcement yarns to the extruded core, as well as adhering the extruded jacket to the reinforcement yarns. This single-component adhesive provides good hydrolytic stability and has an increased pot life.

LORD 7542 adhesive is an equal-mix, two-component urethane adhesive system used to bond FRP, SMC, and other plastics with little surface preparation. This adhesive will also bond primed metals. LORD 7542 adhesive system is available in a range of working times to accommodate a wide variety of process requirements.

LORD 7545 adhesive is an equal-mix, two-component urethane adhesive system used to bond FRP, SMC, and other plastics with little surface preparation. This adhesive also bonds primed metals and various combinations of dissimilar substrates. LORD 7545 adhesive system is available in a range of working times to accommodate a wide variety of process requirements.

LORD 7650 adhesive is a single-component, moisture-cure urethane adhesive designed to initially adhere similar to a contact adhesive, however permanently cross-link once cure develops. LORD 7650 adhesive adheres to open cell polyethylene foam, styrofoam, urethane foam, plastic, fabric, rubber, and prepared metal. Typical applications include gaskets, tank linings, automobile interiors, carpeting, construction panels, and flooring.
