LORD Chemlok 218 adhesive is a one-coat adhesive used to bond castable and millable urethane elastomers to metals and other rigid substrates. It is composed of a mixture of polymers and resins dissolved in an organic solvent system.

Chemlok 218T adhesive is a one-coat, non-chlorinated solvent version of Chemlok 218 adhesive. It is used to bond castable and millable polyurethane elastomers to metals and other rigid substrates.

LORD Chemlok 219 adhesive can be used as either a one-coat adhesive or in combination with Chemlok 213 adhesive for applications that require increased environmental resistance. It is composed of a mixture of organic resins and polymers in an organic solvent system. Chemlok 219 adhesive is used for bonding a wide variety of both polyether and polyester castable urethanes to metal. This adhesive bonds with polyether and polyester castable urethanes of varying hardness, based on both TDI and MDI. Chemlok 219 adhesive can also be used to bond certain thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU).

LORD Chemlok 220 adhesive is a covercoat adhesive designed for use over Chemlok 205 primer. This adhesive system will bond a wide variety of elastomers such as natural rubber (NR), styrene-butadiene (SBR), polychloroprene (CR), nitrile (NBR) and polyisoprene (IR) to various metals and other rigid substrates during vulcanization of the elastomer. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system.

Chemlok 220NL adhesive is an all xylene, non-lead analog to Chemlok 220 covercoat. When used in conjunction with Chemlok 205 primer, Chemlok 220NL adhesive bonds uncured elastomers to metals and other rigid substrates during vulcanization. Chemlok 205 primer helps to ensure outstanding environmental resistance of the bonded assembly and adhesion to the metal substrate.
