SONGCURE CS 819 is a photoinitiator for free radical polymerisation of unsaturated resins upon UV light exposure. Especially designed for white pigmented formulations, for clear coats in outdoor use and for the curing of glass fiber polyester-styrene systems. Its major features and applications are:; Outstanding absorption characteristics for usage in thick sections and UV-LED curable formulations.; Usage in UV curable formulations of clear and pigmented coatings on wood, metal, plastic, paper, and optical fibers as well as for printing inks.; Due to its photosensitivity at longer wavelengths, can easily be used in combination with UV absorbers for weather-resistant UV curable coatings.; Can be used at the rate of 0.1% to 1% (or up to 1.5% in inks) in solvent free mixtures of oligomers and monomers. For optimal performance, the amount of SONGCURE CS 819 should be determined in trials covering a concentration range.

SONGNOX CS 1010 is primary phenolic antioxidant for good processing stability and excellent long-term thermal stability. Its major features and applications are:; Effective antioxidant for use in polymer processing reducing viscosity change and gel formation.; SONGNOX CS 1010 is recommended for the processing of polymers such as polyacetals, polyurethanes, polyesters, and synthetic rubbers.; SONGNOX CS 1010 is also recommended for the stabilization of natural and synthetic tackifiers resins and the processing of olefinic and SBC-based hot melt adhesives.; It has good compatibility, high resistance to extraction, low volatility, and is odorless.; Exhibits a synergistic effect in combination with SONGNOX CS 1680 and other secondary antioxidants.; Can be used in combination with other additives as co-stabilizers such as benzotriazoles or HALS for thermal and light stabilization improved performance.

SONGNOX CS 1035 is primary phenolic antioxidant for good processing stability and excellent long-term thermal stability. Its major features and applications are: Provides both primary and secondary antioxidant protection for organic polymers and can be used with a broad range of other stabilizers for optimum performance; Effective, non-discolouring stabilizer that provides excellent long-term stability including adhesives with natural and synthetic tackifiers; It is the world’s most used process stabilizer for PE and XLPE (i.e. wire and cable resins) and for optical fiber coating applications; Odorless SONGNOX CS 1035 shows excellent system compatibility and low coloring effect.

SONGNOX CS 1076 is primary phenolic antioxidant for good processing stability and excellent long-term thermal stability. Its major features and applications are:; SONGNOX CS 1076 is a highly efficient and non-discoloring primary phenolic antioxidant.; It is an effective antioxidant for use in polymer processing – reducing viscosity change and gel formation.; SONGNOX CS 1076 is recommended for the processing of polymers such as polyurethane, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polybutene.; SONGNOX CS 1076 is also recommended for the stabilization of olefinic or SBC-based hot melt adhesives.; It provides long-term heat stability – protects physical properties during storage and use of end-product.; Exhibits a synergistic effect in combination with SONGNOX CS 1680 and other secondary antioxidants.; Can be used in combination with other additives as co-stabilizers such as benzotriazoles or HALS for thermal- and light stabilization improved performance.

SONGNOX CS 1135 is primary phenolic antioxidant for good processing stability and excellent long-term thermal stability. Its major features and applications are: SONGNOX CS 1135 is a liquid, sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant used mainly in stabilization packages for polyols, coatings, adhesives, sealants and solvent borne applications; Effective, non-discoloring stabilizer that provides excellent long-term stability and protects the performance of the primary antioxidants; It ensures melt flow and color protection during thermal processing; SONGNOX CS 1135 is liquid, therefore making it suitable for use in color sensitive applications particularly when used in combination with HALS that make it particularly suitable for the processing of liquids, solutions, emulsions, suspensions, or viscous melts; The liquid nature allows easy handling and dosing; Exhibits a synergistic effect in combination with phosphites as secondary antioxidants.
