Liquid Pure Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – SUPRASEC 2004 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Liquid Pure MDI isocyanate family. These products have been modified to remain liquid at ambient temperatures. SUPRASEC 2004 MDI Isocyanate is a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate with a clear to slightly hazy appearance. This product is designed as an alternative to di-functional products such as pure 4,4′ MDI or materials containing elevated levels of 2,4′ MDI. When used as a precursor for a prepolymer, the resulting material may experience a slightly different performance with an identical B-Side resin. As a result, formulations may need minor adjustments to meet the end requirements.

Liquid Pure Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – SUPRASEC 2020 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Liquid Pure MDI isocyanate family. These products have been modified to remain liquid at ambient temperatures. SUPRASEC 2020 MDI is an uretonomine-modified 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate with a clear to pale yellow appearance. This product has been modified to be a liquid product at ambient temperatures, with functionality slightly greater than 2.1.

Low Functionality Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Prepolymer – SUPRASEC 2029 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Low Functionality Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are produced from the reaction of a standard MDI material with selected polyether polyols to provide certain characteristics for use in the production of two-component polyurethane products. SUPRASEC 2029 MDI is an all 4,4′ MDI based prepolymer with improved low temperature stability versus other alternative materials.
