The division supplies raw materials and formulated systems used in insulation, automotive lightweighting, comfort foam, footwear, adhesives, and elastomers.
One Component Binder for Molded Rubber Crumb Applications – SUPRASEC 4420 MDI is a high-performance prepolymer, recommended for use as an aggregate binder for composite molded products. It has been designed for long wear and abrasion resistance when used with rubber granules and provides excellent wet out and adhesion to SBR and EPDM rubber.
One Component Binder for Molded Rubber Crumb Applications – SUPRASEC 4450 MDI is a high-performance prepolymer, recommended for use as an aggregate binder for composite molded products. It has been designed for long wear and abrasion resistance as well as high tensile strength when used with rubber granules and provides excellent wet out and adhesion to SBR and EPDM rubber.
One Component Binder for Molded Rubber Crumb Applications – SUPRASEC 4480 MDI is a high-performance prepolymer, recommended for use as an aggregate binder for composite molded products. It has been designed for long wear and abrasion resistance as well as higher elongation when used with rubber granules and provides excellent wet out and adhesion to SBR and EPDM rubber.
One Component Binder for Molded Rubber Crumb Applications – SUPRASEC 4499 MDI is a high-performance prepolymer, recommended for use as an aggregate binder for composite molded products. It has been designed for long wear and abrasion resistance when used with rubber granules and provides excellent wet out and adhesion to SBR and EPDM rubber. SUPRASEC 4499 MDI has an extended open time to allow for manufacturing of larger molded parts.
Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Polyurea Prepolymer – SUPRASEC 9109 MDI isocyanate is a member of the Polyurea Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are designed to be used in combination with resin blends containing JEFFAMINE Polyetheramines and/or JEFFOL Polyether Polyols for the production of high-performance polyurea or polyurea / polyurethane hybrid coatings and elastomers.
